L\u2019extirpaci\u00f3 radical dels desigs i passions ens condueix a una serenitat i tranquil\u00b7litat absolutes. \u00c9s el nirvana.<\/li>\n<li>El cam\u00ed que condueix al nirvana \u00e9s el noble cam\u00ed de les vuit passes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les vuit passes s\u00f3n (el del <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Noble_Cam%C3%AD_%C3%92ctuple\">Noble cam\u00ed \u00f2ctuple<\/a> ) s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>[Saviesa, Pali]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coneixement recte de les Quatre Nobles Veritats.<\/li>\n<li>Actitud recta: allunyar-se d\u2019odis i enveges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[conducta recta, Sila]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paraula recta: no mentir ni parlar in\u00fatilment.<\/li>\n<li>Acci\u00f3 recta: bona conducta moral.<\/li>\n<li>Ocupaci\u00f3 recta: guanyar-se la vida sense fer mal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[Samadhi, entrenament de la ment]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Esfor\u00e7 recte: fomentar tend\u00e8ncies bones.<\/li>\n<li>Pensament recte: no cedir als desigs.<\/li>\n<li>Concentraci\u00f3 recta: meditaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/fonsimatges\/fotos\/monestirtibet.jpg\" width=\"1017\" height=\"641\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Esfor\u00e7 recte<\/p>\n<p>The unwholesome states (<i>akusala<\/i>) are described in the Buddhist texts, as those relating to thoughts, emotions, intentions, and these include <i>pancanivarana<\/i> (<a title=\"Five hindrances\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Five_hindrances\">five hindrances<\/a>)\u00a0\u2013 sensual thoughts, doubts about the path, restlessness, drowsiness, and ill will of any kind.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/canon-pali-cinc-obstacles\/\">Els cinc obstacles descrits al C\u00e0non Pali<\/a>: desig, mal voler hostilitat, peresa, estr\u00e9s, dubte o confusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>El pensament recte o mindulness<\/p>\n<p>(Descrit al Satipatthana Sutta) ( <a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/budisme-canon-pali\/\">cites<\/a> )<br \/>\nAtenci\u00f3, estar present en el que s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent. Originalment tenir persent el\u00f1s ensenyaments que ens eviten l&#8217;\u00e0nsia del desig.<\/p>\n<p>Es proposa la contemplaci\u00f3 del:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cos<\/li>\n<li>sentiments<\/li>\n<li>la ment<\/li>\n<li>els fen\u00f2mens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>( es contemplen els quatre elements, els colors)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Recta concentraci\u00f3: La meditaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>El terme Samadhi, voldria dir &#8220;recollir, aplegar&#8221; en el sentit d&#8217;unificar la ment, i tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 a veure amb samatha, que vindria a ser &#8220;pau interior&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha quatre estadis de dhyana, apartament, joia resultat de la concentraci\u00f3, estar present amb la ment i el cos, ni plaer ni dolor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Per defugir el desig es proposa contemplar la lletgesa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>els cad\u00e0vers i la descomposici\u00f3 dels cossos, abans en visites als cementiris<\/li>\n<li>els processos del cos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quatre contemplacions ( Now, sir, I usually spend my time with my mind well grounded in the four foundations of mindfulness. What four? Here, sir, I practise contemplating body in the body. . . feeling in feelings. . . mind in mind . . . dhamma in dhammas, ardent, clearly comprehending, mindful, having removed longing and discontent with regard to the world.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la mort, la brevetat de la vida (<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/maranassati-sutta\/\">Nadika\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0 el bell\u00edssim text sobre que valdria la pena viure ni que fos per un instant)<\/li>\n<li>el cos, menjar, dormir, caminar (quan s&#8217;ordenava un monjo se li donaven els 5 primers cabells del cap, ungles, etc com a objecte de meditaci\u00f3)<\/li>\n<li>la respiraci\u00f3 ( anapanasati ), fent llargues respirades. Amb t\u00e8cniques com: The first, the counting (ganant), \u2018suppresses uncertainty. It causes the abandoning of uncertainty\u2019. The second, the pursuing or following (anubandhant), involves following the flow of the breath as it moves in and out of the body continuously; this \u2018removes gross discursive thinking and causes unbroken mindfulness of respiration\u2019. The third, the contacting or the touching (phusant) involves allowing attention to rest at the nose-tip or the point of the mouth where the air passes in and out of the body; it \u2018removes distraction and makes for steady perception. One attains to distinction through bliss\u2019.
