Jewish meditation<\/a> : El terme hebreu hitbodedut es refereix a auto-reclusi\u00f3. Pot ser una pr\u00e0ctica per calmar la ment, reflexionar sobre q\u00fcestions filos\u00f2fiques o intentar la contemplaci\u00f3 m\u00edstica. En aquest aquest cas s’orienta al\u00a0 devekut<\/a>, literalment “enganxar-se a D\u00e9u”, estar prop d’ell. A m\u00e9s de meditant el devekut tamb\u00e9 s’assoliria resant o estudiant la Torah.<\/div>\n

Sefer Yezirah<\/a>, el llibre de la creaci\u00f3, del s.IV CE, on es presenta D\u00e9u creant el m\u00f3n, pronunciant paraules, les diferents entitats serien diferents combinacions de 22 lletres i 10 n\u00fameros. Cada lletra de l’alfabet correspon tamb\u00e9 a un n\u00famero, i convertint les paraules al seu valor num\u00e8ric se n’obtenen nous significats. Les primeres emanacions s\u00f3n l’aire, l’aigua i el foc. El cosmos comen\u00e7a amb el m\u00f3n (la terra), l’any (el temps), i l’home. Despr\u00e9s v\u00e9nen els set planetes i els signes del zod\u00edac.<\/div>\n

Moses ben Jacob Cordovero<\/a> (1522-1570) i Isaac Luria<\/a> (1534\u20131572). Aquest propos\u00e0 una pr\u00e0ctica meditativa, el Yichudim<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0en que els processos de l’\u00e0nima reprodu\u00efen els de l’univers [si \u00e9s que ho he ent\u00e8s b\u00e9; recorda una mica la Fenomenologia de Hegel]. Un deixeble seu Haim Vital<\/a> (c. 1543-1620), descrivia la pr\u00e0ctica aix\u00ed [ hi tornen a apar\u00e8ixer la solitud, i concentrar-se a tenir present la connexi\u00f3 de l’\u00e0nima amb el tot ]:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Meditate alone in a house, wrapped in a prayer shawl. Sit and shut your eyes, and transcend the physical as if your soul has left your body and is ascending to heaven. After this divestment\/ascension, recite one Mishna, any Mishna you wish, many times consecutively, as quickly as you can, with clear pronunciation, without skipping one word. Intend to bind your soul with the soul of the sage who taught this Mishna. ” Your soul will become a chariot. ..”<\/em>
\nDo this by intending that your mouth is a mere vessel\/conduit to bring forth the letters of the words of this Mishna, and that the voice that emerges through the vessel of your mouth is [filled with] the sparks of your inner soul which are emerging and reciting this Mishna. In this way, your soul will become a chariot within which the soul of the sage who is the master of that Mishna can manifest. His soul will then clothe itself within your soul.<\/em>
\nAt a certain point in the process of reciting the words of the Mishna, you may feel overcome by exhaustion. If you are worthy, the soul of this sage may then come to reside in your mouth. This will happen in the midst of your reciting the Mishna. As you recite, he will begin to speak with your mouth and wish you Shalom. He will then answer every question that comes into your thoughts to ask him. He will do this with and through your mouth. Your ears will hear his words, for you will not be speaking from yourself. Rather, he will be speaking through you. This is the mystery of the verse, “The spirit of God spoke to me, and His word was on my lips”<\/em>.<\/div>\n

Al SXVIII apareix al judaisme Hasidic (judaisme 2<\/a>), de Yisroel ben Eliezer<\/a> (1700\u20131760), que posa l’accent m\u00e9s en la vida comunit\u00e0ria. \u00c9s menys esot\u00e8ric i es basa m\u00e9s en la lectura de la Torah. El Devekut estaria m\u00e9s l’abast de tots (Devekut meditation<\/a> ). Hi ha melodies que es canten en trobades i que ajudarien a arribar-hi, anomenades niggunim ( exemple al cello<\/a> , un altre<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0al piano<\/a> ). Al segle XX Yehuda ashlag ser\u00e0 el principal cabalista i traduir\u00e0 el Zohar a l’hebreu.<\/div>\n
