Va rebre classes de ballet i algunes de claqu\u00e9.\u00a0 Tamb\u00e9 van fer molt ballroom i una mica d&#8217;acrob\u00e0cia. Van rebre classes d&#8217;Eduardo Coccia.\u00a0 Tenia un aire com de &#8220;realment no m&#8217;interessa el que estic fent&#8221;. El 1916 van deixar el vodevil i van passar a Broadway.\u00a0 Van rebre la influ\u00e8ncia de parelles de ball, Vernon i Rener Castle, i els Cansino, els pares de Rita Hayworth.
