Aquesta estructura flu\u00efda permet que experimentem el temps de manera cont\u00ednua i no fragmentada. Hi ha tres actes fonamentals. La impressi\u00f3 primordial [Urimpression, el present] el present fugisser que es converteix immediatament en retenci\u00f3. La retenci\u00f3 [retention, passat], la mem\u00f2ria immediata sense necessitat de recordar (quan escoltem una melodia, la nota que acaba de sonar \u00e9s retinguda en la consci\u00e8ncia, encara que ja no soni; \u00e9s diferent de la mem\u00f2ria que activament recupera un contingut m\u00e9s allunyat en el temps. La protenci\u00f3 [protention, futur], anticipa el futur immediat, en una melodia, la nota que arriba tot seguit.\u00a0 [\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 el que passa quan processem una frase, o llegim un par\u00e0graf. Ens queda la retenci\u00f3 dels primers mots, o de les frases anteriors].<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/heidegger\/\">Heidegger<\/a> assenyala que el temps \u00e9s inseparable de l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia humana, ja que el nostre \u00e9sser es projecta cap al futur i interpreta el present en relaci\u00f3 amb el passat. Gilles Deleuze va criticar la concepci\u00f3 lineal del temps i va defensar una visi\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 el temps es fragmenta en diverses experi\u00e8ncies simult\u00e0nies.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Psicologia<\/h2>\n<p>(CPGT+DS) La percepci\u00f3 del temps varia segons les emocions, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i el context. Per exemple, el temps sembla accelerar-se quan estem ocupats, distrets o divertint-nos, i alentir-se en situacions avorrides o perilloses. En particular Mih\u00e1ly Cs\u00edkszentmih\u00e1lyi va descriure l&#8217;estat de <a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/afectivitat-emocions-sentiments\/#plaerdolor\">&#8220;flux&#8221;<\/a> com l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia en qu\u00e8 perdem la noci\u00f3 del temps degut a que estem absorbits en l&#8217;activitat que fem (afectivitat, \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/afectivitat-emocions-sentiments\/#plaerdolor\">Neurologia, plaer i dolor<\/a>).. ] [jo he descrit l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de quan el temps no va ni massa de pressa, ni massa poc a a poc, ni tenim ganes que s&#8217;acabi el que estem fent, ni ens sap greu que sigui transitori, \u00e9s com si estigu\u00e9ssim sobre una ona i avanc\u00e9ssim al mateix temps.]<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/memoria\/#neurologia\">mem\u00f2ria epis\u00f2dica<\/a> (associada a experi\u00e8ncies personals), la manera com recordem el passat determina la nostra identitat temporal, \u00e9s clau en la construcci\u00f3 de la nostra identitat temporal, influeix en la nostra experi\u00e8ncia del present i en les expectatives de futur. (<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/el-jo-invariants-i-continuitat\/\">El jo, Invariants i continu\u00eftat narrativa<\/a> ).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zimbardo.com\">Zimbardo<\/a> proposa caracteritzar les persones segons com es relacionen amb el passat, present i futur:<\/p>\n<p>1. Passat Positiu: Tend\u00e8ncia a recordar el passat amb nost\u00e0lgia i afecte.<br \/>\n2. Passat Negatiu: Tend\u00e8ncia a recordar el passat amb penediment o dolor.<br \/>\n3. Present Hedonista: Enfocament en el plaer i la satisfacci\u00f3 immediata.<br \/>\n4. Present Fatalista: Visi\u00f3 que el futur est\u00e0 predeterminat i que no es pot canviar.<br \/>\n5. Futur: Enfocament en objectius i recompenses futures.<\/p>\n<p>El q\u00fcestionari <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thetimeparadox.com\/zimbardo-time-perspective-inventory\/\">Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory<\/a> (ZTPI) ajuda a mesurar aquestes dimensions amb 56 q\u00fcestions. Els desequilibris poden dur a conductes de risc (present hedonista), o ansietat per aconseguir objectius en el futur, o amargor pel passat. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetimeparadox.com\/transcendental-future-time-perspective-inventory\/\">10 q\u00fcestions<\/a> per mesurar el grau de creen\u00e7a en un futur transcendent [per si ens oblidem de viure ].<br \/>\n[Mentre que Zimbardo proposa un equilibri en totes les dimensions, <a href=\"https:\/\/eckharttolle.com\/\">Eckart Tolle<\/a> accent\u00faa centrar-se en el present per no viure angoixat pel passat o el futur, en una mena de versi\u00f3 d&#8217;autoajuda del <a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/budisme\/\">budisme i el zen<\/a> que fugen del patiment tancant-se en la respiraci\u00f3 o recitant Sutras. (<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/la-industria-de-la-salvacio\/\">La ind\u00fastria de la salvaci\u00f3<\/a>).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 id=\"neurologia\">Neurologia<\/h2>\n<p>El cervell hum\u00e0 t\u00e9 el <a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/vigilia-son-consciencia-inconscient\/#despertadormit\">rellotge circadiari<\/a>\u00a0 basat al nucli supraquiasm\u00e0tic de l\u2019hipot\u00e0lem, que regula els cicles de son-vig\u00edlia, i els mecanismes neuronals que mesuren intervals de temps m\u00e9s curts.<br \/>\nLes imatges MRI activitat al c\u00f2rtex prefrontal i l&#8217;estriat en el processament del temps. L&#8217;hipocamp \u00e9s crucial per a la mem\u00f2ria episodica, que ens permet viatjar mentalment en el temps [<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/instants\/\">Instants<\/a>].<br \/>\nEls nivells elevats de dopamina poden fer que el temps passi m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid, mentre que nivells baixos poden alentir la percepci\u00f3 temporal.<br \/>\nEl Parkinson, l&#8217;epil\u00e8psia i lesions cerebrals poden alterar la percepci\u00f3 del temps.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 id=\"discussio\">Discussi\u00f3<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/lexperiencia-destar-en-el-mon\/\">L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia d\u2019estar en el m\u00f3n<\/a> i la mem\u00f2ria<\/strong><br \/>\nHi ha els modes d&#8217;atendre el voltant (<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/ara-i-aqui\/\">ara i aqu\u00ed<\/a> ), reconstruir el passat, imaginar futurs o possibles, o recuperar informaci\u00f3 apresa. Hi ha un seguit de continguts o estats mentals ( <a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/memoria\/#estatmental\">Mem\u00f2ria i estat mental<\/a> ) que se succeeixen. Distingim entre percepcions i reaccions de curta durada, segons minuts, a nivell subsimb\u00f2lic, conductes m\u00e9s complexes a nivell simb\u00f2lic, de minuts a hores, i etapes d&#8217;una vida amb una s\u00e8rie de projectes i expectatives. (moure un dit per fer clic al ratol\u00ed, enviar un correu, canviar de feina o iniciar una relaci\u00f3).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/memoria\/#vidamemoria\">Vida humana com a mem\u00f2ria canviant<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nQu\u00e8 queda de permanent en el temps en una experi\u00e8ncia que canvia constantment. En quina mesura es pot dir que &#8220;som&#8221; el contingut de la nostra mem\u00f2ria? Com \u00e9s de gran aquest contingut?<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;Ara i aqu\u00ed, la vida amf\u00edbia, la continu\u00eftat del jo, l&#8217;ara i aqu\u00ed en l&#8217;espai i el temps infinits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La contemplaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/ara-i-aqui\/\">Ara i aqu\u00ed<\/a>, la Urimpression de Husserl.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitat de viure present, passat, futur i possibles, aquesta &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/la-imaginacio-experiencia-de-viure-amfibia-i-la-base-de-la-moral\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">vida amf\u00edbia<\/a>&#8220;, tal com l&#8217;anomenava Proust, \u00e9s la base de la moral.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitat de retenir, reconstruir i modificar el passat en termes narratius, \u00e9s la base de la continu\u00eftat de la identitat ( <a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/el-jo-lexperiencia-de-la-vida-narrativa\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">El jo. L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de la vida narrativa<\/a> ).<\/p>\n<p>Ens pensem com un \u00e9sser situat en un gran espai, la casa, el pa\u00eds, el m\u00f3n, el cosmos, amb un passat inscrit en un llarga hist\u00f2ria humana, evoluci\u00f3 de la terra i l&#8217;univers. Aquesta \u00e9s una reconstrucci\u00f3 de l&#8217;instant ara i aqu\u00ed (\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/lexperiencia-destar-en-el-mon\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia d\u2019estar en el m\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0 )<\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"verbs\">Els verbs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els temps dels verbs (<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/gramatica-catalana\/\">Gram\u00e0tica catalana<\/a>) recullen la riquesa dels modes de viure, que no consisteix nom\u00e9s en el present [penso que Eckart Tolle i una versi\u00f3 de la meditaci\u00f3 Zen s\u00f3n empobridors (<a href=\"http:\/\/meumon.synology.me\/museu\/la-imaginacio-experiencia-de-viure-amfibia-i-la-base-de-la-moral\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">vida amf\u00edbia<\/a>)].<br \/>\nEl present que vivim, atenent al que passat al voltant nostre i dins nostre, puntualment (present indicatiu) o seguit (gerundi).<br \/>\nEl passat que recordem, si transcorria sense haver acabat (imperfet), acabat (perfet), o despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver fet (plusquamperfet).<br \/>\nEl futur que anticipem (simple &#8220;anir\u00e9)) i fins i tot qu\u00e8 vindr\u00e0 despr\u00e9s (compost &#8220;haur\u00e9 anat&#8221;).<br \/>\nEl condicional, temps de verb fonamental en la condici\u00f3 humana, el que somiem, les possibilitats que considerem, simple (&#8220;aniria&#8221;), o un passat possible (&#8220;hauria anat&#8221;).<br \/>\nEl subjuntiu que segueix considerant vides alternatives, si f\u00e9s una cosa ara (present, &#8220;que jo canti&#8221;), en el passat (pret. imperfet &#8220;que jo cant\u00e9s&#8221;, (pret. perfet &#8220;hagi cantat&#8221;, plusquamperfet &#8220;hagu\u00e9s cantat&#8221;). Hagu\u00e9s cantat. &#8220;es caracteritza per expressar accions o estats no factuals, \u00e9s a dir, que no es presenten com a realitats objectives, sin\u00f3 com a possibilitats, desitjos, dubtes, necessitats, emocions o hip\u00f2tesis.
