Aquestes dues persones ja organitzaven anys abans una trobada anual de di\u00e0leg fins que van decidir que no fos puntual, sin\u00f3 permanent i a l\u2019aire lliure, i van crear el jard\u00ed.<\/div>\n
    VALF:\u00a0Un objectiu semblant t\u00e9 Le Jardin du Livre, a la ciutat alsaciana de Valff, que aquest estiu va celebrar els deu anys. En un principi, un grup de voluntaris van crear l\u2019associaci\u00f3 amb la voluntat de con\u00e8ixer i valorar la pluralitat confessional<\/div>\n

    La Route des Cr\u00eates<\/b> (Alsace-Lorraine): The Vosges, one of the oldest mountain ranges in France, once formed a boundary with Germany. Richly forested with hardwood trees and firs, they skirt the western edge of the Rhine and resemble the Black Forest. La Route des Cr\u00eates (the Crest Road), originally chiseled out of the mountains as a supply line, begins west of Colmar, at the Col du Bonhomme. High points are M\u00fcnster (home of the cheese), Col de la Schlucht (a resort with panoramas as far as the Jura and the Black Forest), and Markstein. At many points along the way, you can stop and strike out on a well-marked hiking trail.<\/div>\n

    La C\u00f4te d’Or<\/b> (Burgundy): Stretching only 60km (37 miles) from Santenay to Dijon, this route is for wine lovers. Rows of terraced vines rise in tiers above the D122\/N74\/D1138 highways (La Route des Grands Crus), passing through the towns of Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay, Beaune, Nuits-St-Georges, Vosne-Roman\u00e9e, Gevrey-Chambertin, and Marsannay-la-C\u00f4te. Travel at your leisure, stopping to sample the noble vintages (look for the signs sprouting from the sides of the highway).<\/div>\n

    D’aquest viatge (veure el llibret de notes), en remarcaria sobretot lasensaci\u00f3, potser il.lus\u00f2ria, d’haver vist el cor de la Fran\u00e7a, una Fran\u00e7a queno \u00e9s ni Paris ni la Proven\u00e7a. Hem vist uns pobles s\u00f2lids, amb anysd’administraci\u00f3 al darrera (Semur-en-Auxois, Montbard, AUXERRE, Autun, Dijon,Beaune, Tournus). Hem vist uns paisatges humits, prats verds que pugen ibaixen per turons. Aquest verd, a nosaltres que venim d’un pa\u00eds sec, ensfascina. Els camps es fan servir sobretot per la pastura dels bous de ra\u00e7acharollais i, en les zones privilegiades com la c\u00f4te d’Or, Chablis, o elMaconnais, s’hi cultiva la vinya que fa dels millors vins del m\u00f3n.<\/div>\n

    \u00a0 Ha fet molt de fred, uns deu graus de m\u00e0xima, i cada nit ha gla\u00e7at. Per sort no ha plogut. El viatge ha estat comfortable i ha sortit per un preu raonable. Aquest punt era important pel fet que la Pilar estava embarassadade tres mesos i mig i que ens acompanyava la Teresa. El comfort ha vingutdonat per uns hotels ben equipats i, en alguns cassos com el Normandied’Auxerre, decorats amb gust i molt acollidors; i per uns restaurants, dediferents nivells, on hem menjat molt b\u00e9: cargols, pernil persill\u00e9, volaillede Bresse, coq \u00e0 la Dijonnaise, etc. Pel que fa a les pedres, tenim elscastells de Bussy-Rabutin (escriptor, militar i amant), Ancy-le-Franc,Tanlay, el museu de Dijon, l’hspital de Beaune, les abadies de Vezelay,Fontenay i Tournus.<\/div>\n

    You\u2019ll have several ways to enjoy this beautiful region, whether you are a wine fanatic or just someone who likes wine and would like to learn (and taste) more. The major areas of Bordeaux are the M\u00e9doc, Bourg and Blaye, Entre-Deux-Mers, Saint Emilion, Castillon, and Graves and Sauternes. The M\u00e9doc and Bourg\/Blaye are both fairly flat, stretching out towards either side of the Gironde estuary. Both are pretty, but you don\u2019t come here to sightsee: these are some of the most high-rent vineyards in the country. Graves and Sauternes is more scenic, but for rolling hills, adorable villages, and photo opportunities, Entre-Deux-Mers, Saint Emilion, and Castillon are where it\u2019s at. The beautiful towns of St-Emilion and Castillon are packed full of medieval treasures, while the Entre-Deux-Mers harbors bastides (neatly ordered towns around a central square\u2014strategic urban planning left over from the Hundred Years\u2019 War) like Sauveterre-de-Guyenne and Cadillac.<\/div>\n
